BUILDING MAXIMAL HEIGHT - 容积率、限高及覆盖率

The total gross floor area of the building(s) shall not exceed 220% (two hundred 

and twenty percent) of the total Land Plot area, and the maximum height of any 

building shall not exceed 30 (thirty) meters from ground level. 

建筑物的总建筑面积不得超过地块总面积的 220%(百分之二百二十),

建筑物的最大高度不得超过距地面 30(三十)米。

建筑容积率及限高可另行申请,根据政府审批为准。 政府无最低容积率要求。

The building floor area ratio and height limit can be applied separately and are subject to government approval. 

There is no minimum floor area ratio requirement from the government.

建筑覆盖率最高60% (建筑物投影面积占土地面积), 其余部分可作为道路、停车、绿化、户外设施等用地; 绿化率不低于7.5%。

The building coverage rate is up to 60% (the projected area of the building accounts for the land area), and the rest can be used as roads, parking, greening, outdoor facilities, etc.; the greening rate is not less than 7.5%.

四、承租要求 Tenancy requirements


2024年12月10日开工建设智能工厂                            

2025年3月底可安装机械

2025年4月中旬可正常使用


承租要求:

起租36个月:

首次支付6个月押金

12个月租金

单价:26元/每平方/每月

 2千平方起租

Machinery can be installed by the end of March 2025
