重点促进食品、新能源产业、环保以及五金建材行业的发展。建设必要的基础设施，如污水处理厂、水电站、天然气站，以支持开发区内企业运营。

BUILDING MAXIMAL HEIGHT - 容积率、限高及覆盖率

The total gross floor area of the building(s) shall not exceed 220% (two hundred

and twenty percent) of the total Land Plot area, and the maximum height of any

building shall not exceed 30 (thirty) meters from ground level.

建筑物的总建筑面积不得超过地块总面积的 220%（百分之二百二十），

建筑物的最大高度不得超过距地面 30（三十）米。

建筑容积率及限高可另行申请，根据政府审批为准。政府无最低容积率要求。

The building floor area ratio and height limit can be applied separately and are subject to government approval.

There is no minimum floor area ratio requirement from the government.

建筑覆盖率最高60% （建筑物投影面积占土地面积），其余部分可作为道路、停车、绿化、户外设施等用地；绿化率不低于7.5%。
